TERMS: |
| - | Advance deposit of one night for each five
nights of your stay is required to confirm each reservation. |
| - | Deposits
are made by personal check or credit card. Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting
your deposit. |
| - | Deposit is non-transferable. |
| - | Remaining
balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover. Sorry, no personal checks at check-in. |
| CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY: |
| - | All confirmed reservations
are guaranteed. |
| - | Your deposit is non-refundable if a
reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will
be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a
25% handling fee. |
