RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
The
above rates are based on double occupancy prior to May 23 and after Sept 1 with
advance reservations. May 25 to Aug 31 the rates are based on four persons. Children
under 12 are FREE. Additional persons 12 and over are $10 per night. Cots and
cribs are available at $16 per night. Deposit of one night's rental is required
to confirm reservation. Balance is due upon arrival, no checks please. To avoid
forfeiting your deposit notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date and your
deposit will be refunded less $20.00 service charge. No refunds for early departure.
Rates do not include state or local taxes. Sorry, no pets. Misrepresentation voids
reservation. July 11 to Aug 21 there is a 3 night minimum for all reservations.
The "weekly" rate applies to stays of 7 nights. 3 night minimum on holidays and
weekends.
